Showed up on time, explained what they would do, did detailed and thorough cleaning of both rugs and a sofa, supplied waterproof booties for us to wear until the rugs fully dried, mounted moveable items on small styrofoam-like pieces so the rug would dry properly, and provided advice and a small bottle of spot cleaner for our use in the future. I would definitely use them again.
