I called at the end of the day because my dryer vent became disconnect from my the wall while in the middle of drying clothes and it was evident that my vents needed cleaning. Showed up on time, explained what they would do, did detailed and thorough cleaning of both rugs and a sofa, supplied waterproof booties for us to wear until the rugs fully dried, mounted moveable items on small styrofoam-like pieces so the rug would dry properly, and provided advice and a small bottle of spot cleaner for our use in the future. I would definitely use them again.
